Exchange 2010 – Get mailbox size for all users.

Get Mailbox size in Exchange 2010 – i’ve created this guide with few

PowerShell commands for Microsoft Exchange 2010.

Those commands are for collecting all users Mailbox size in Microsoft Exchange 2010.

Open exchange server power shell:

Follow this command to Get mailbox’s size, with display user name and total size:

[PS] C:\Windows\system32> Get-mailbox | Get-Mailboxstatistics | select displayname,TotalItemSize

You can export the mailbox size to CSV file or HTML file:

[PS] C:\Windows\system32> Get-mailbox | Get-Mailboxstatistics | select displayname,TotalItemSize | export-csv “c:UsersMailboxSize.csv

[PS] C:\Windows\system32> Get-mailbox | Get-Mailboxstatistics |Sort-Object TotalItemSize -Descending | convertto-html DisplayName, @{label=”TotalItemSize(MB)”;expression={$_.TotalItemSize.Value.ToMB()}} | set-content c:\UsersMailboxSize.html
